I was pleased with our first visit. Cheri was quite thorough with getting information about my past and present history. We scheduled our next appointment. The negative about telephone visits is you don’t see what is happening outside the view of the patient. As I respond to questions or explanations, you don’t see the physical reactions that I go through. I have a tremor that worsens progressively during my visit that takes some time to settle into the normal for that time.

I am so grateful for the help, support, and understanding I've received from Ms. Carro. I appreciate her knowledge and encouragement as I make my way through a difficult time and make changes in my life that have me in a MUCH better space than when I first started working with her. I like that she doesn’t push any medication on me she tries hard to help me with solutions before she asks me to try another medication as we discussed on the call. Yes I’m willing to try another medication after several years on olampazine maybe it’s not working for me but I am willing to try another medication because I am ready .

I have been a mental health patient of Jimmy's for many years now and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for someone that offers empathy, really listens, and isn't afraid of speaking up when he may be concerned for you. I have never felt judged or belittled for being neurodiverse, but he offers a perspective on my life that I don't get from friends and/or family. Highly recommend him for good 'bedside' manner.

Cheri is always open to hearing my concerns and accommodating my needs. My main issue for seeing her is to find a way to ween off my alprazolam. I've been prescribed this low dose for over 10 years. Antidepressants and all the side effects do not work for me. She has been diligent trying to find one that agrees with me. Long story is she understands what my needs are. She's taking time with me and doesn't make me feel like some addict. Together we will succeed.

I've been a patient of Dr Hall's for several years and she has been great. She is easy to talk to and is always concerned about how I am doing. I've had to have medication changes at different times including recently and Dr. Hall has helped me through those times, making what can be difficult an easy transition. She's the best!
