Cheri is spectacular and patient. Cheri understands that I have trouble with technology and filling out forms. I had been procrastinating filling out forms that had been previously requested. Cheri simply took her time provided guidance and assisted me completing what had been requested previously. I felt bad because I knew it was something I needed to do but forms and signatures always make me uncomfortable. Cheri, in her classy form, just made me feel comfortable and provided the technical assistance needed and we finally completed the requested forms. I can't say enough about her. This is one very small way. Patient, professional, kind, caring, responsive and attentive are only a few words that describe her. I'm lucky to have found a clinical professional that I feel comfortable with. She has helped me in many ways and things are better now.

Dr. Hall has always taken time to listen to my concerns and this is in person and by telemed. She has suggestions and really listens to me. She has always started new medications at a low level. Cherri has been managing my psychiatric medications since 2018 -ish . She's conservative in prescribing medications and is open to considering nutrition, vitamins, exercise and alternative healing modalities in supporting her clients' mental health. I have pre-diabetes and when my anti psychotic medication caused significant weight gain and high blood sugar, I researched newer antipsychotiics and found one with a better metabolic profile. I asked Cherri if I could go on a trial of this new antipsychotic. I lost 12 lbs in 2 months and my fasting blood sugars returned to pre-diabetic levels. It was a trade off as the former antipsychotic addressed more of my symptoms. However, Cherri recognized my autonomy and respected my decision to find a compromise. .

Jimmy is emotionally abusive. Specifically, he gaslights. He would question and challenge my experience of myself, my symptoms, and how I would feel on the medications.

She gives advice without becoming your "life coach" ( which btw I can't stand when therapists do that and act as though you can't think and make decisions for yourself). Cheri remembers what you spoke about in the past and therefore makes one feel she really cares.

I was pleased with our first visit. Cheri was quite thorough with getting information about my past and present history. We scheduled our next appointment. The negative about telephone visits is you don’t see what is happening outside the view of the patient. As I respond to questions or explanations, you don’t see the physical reactions that I go through. I have a tremor that worsens progressively during my visit that takes some time to settle into the normal for that time.

I've been seeing Cheri for 5+ years for medication management. She's been with me through homelessness in 2019-2020, to the present day. I've finally achieved a degree of stability that I didn't think possible.

I have been a mental health patient of Jimmy's for many years now and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for someone that offers empathy, really listens, and isn't afraid of speaking up when he may be concerned for you. I have never felt judged or belittled for being neurodiverse, but he offers a perspective on my life that I don't get from friends and/or family. Highly recommend him for good 'bedside' manner.

Cheri is always open to hearing my concerns and accommodating my needs. My main issue for seeing her is to find a way to ween off my alprazolam. I've been prescribed this low dose for over 10 years. Antidepressants and all the side effects do not work for me. She has been diligent trying to find one that agrees with me. Long story is she understands what my needs are. She's taking time with me and doesn't make me feel like some addict. Together we will succeed.

Dr Hall always goes above and beyond for me. If I leave her a message or just need to talk she gets back to me ASAP. She is amazing!

I was in California for three months Dr Hall and her team help me expedite my medication’s to that location which is a hard thing to do sometimes. But without fail, they came through as always my greatest. Thanks for the great organization.

It was the first time visit & Jimmy made it a pleasant & relaxed doctor visit. He was very thorough & asked us if we had any questions. He was very informative and had an up beat positive attitude.

Excellent. Very responsive to all conversations with patients. Questions asked are geared towards helping patients to feel comfortable and help him acquire the information he needs to determine the situations with the patient that will help him understand what medication may be necessary to resolve patient's anxieties, depressions, etc.

Dr Hall stays up-to-date with medication research, and is very conscientious. Also empathetic as well as knowledgeable.
